The Postulate for 18.9 states: “As a sub-order of the Angelic ranks, the Buddha-fields or ranks of awakened hyperdimensional Bodhisattvas are unified as a telepathic radio-intelligence service piloted by the supreme awakened intelligence (Buddha-mind) of God.”
Seal 18, Mirror, also known as ‘Yoga/Yogini” or “Mind Born” opens the second matrix portal in the Court of Hunab Ku, and “exemplifies meditation as the knowldege of Hunab Ku”. Mirror corresponds to Neptune, which shares Circuit Two with Venus. Mirror belongs to Signal Family, who code the Days-out-of-Time and who guard the Southern Regions and the Solar Plexus Chakra of Earth. 
Neptune appears in 3 parts of our practice today. Both Mirror and Silio correspond to Neptune, and Heptad/Week 25, which ends today, correlates to Neptune and Uranus, and next Week (26) (Neptune and Pluto) continues the Neptune connection which is so strong today.
SILIO gathers in our Heart and it’s action is to Discharge. “My Role is to Accomplish the Actions of the Buddha. I Discharge the Mental Electron Neutron at the Center of the Earth.” Buddha is the Patron for Silio. Today’s Postulate also relates to Buddha. Today we have completed the Week One Analog Time Atom, and we Discharge that Red Time Atom, and ourselves occupying the Radion Cube, to the Earths heart: her 8-sided Crystal core. On Telektonon Day 7 we telepathically redeem Baktun 7: B.C. 747; Mind Teachings. (Today’s synchronicities continue, with Seal 18’s connection as “Mind Born”, and with 7+4+7=18.) Through the power of 7 seals, Pacal Votan diverts lost tribes of the 144,000 into the Cube of Intelligence. He “conducts the 13 clans and the 7 tribes of Galactic Maya into manifestation”.

The Resonant 16 day Cube Journey we are embarking upon today is at the Heart of each 13Moon year, and this one is strengthened by many synchronicities. Today is the end of Heptad 25, a synchronistic week with the color of the Dreamspell Kin matched the color of the seal for that day’s Radial plasma. This Analog week correlated to the Analog of Resonant Night which codes this Moon.
