While reading Cosmic History Chronicles Vol. 1: “Book of the Throne”, TMQ became convinced that Valum Votan is the re-incarnation of Pacal Votan. That view was confirmed by his own words in Vol. II: “Book of the Avatar” when Valum Votan describes how “the information from the samadhi of Pacal Votan was stored in his fabulous tomb.” He continues, on page 113:
“When that tomb was opened in 1952, different mind streams shot forth in all directions. One of these…found its way into the mind of the present-day Votan when he was atop the Pyramid of the Sun, Teotihuacan, one year later.”
The value of the letters (A=1, Z=26) in Valum Votan’s name (and TMQ’s) equal 141. The Tomb of Pacal Votan was opened 141 days after Valum Votan’s 13th birthday. On that day (which combines to make 6.7, Resonant World-Bridger) Valum Votan (11.11) was a Pacal Votan Clear sign: Red Overtone Earth. Again, the numbers and the Clear Signs indicate that Valum Votan is the ‘present-day’ Pacal Votan.
Further confirmation came when TMQ received “The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time” shortly after meeting with Valum Votan and Stephanie South in Sedona, on TMQ’s Solar-Galactic Return, Kin 88, Solar 21. On page 16 it states: “Valum Votan is code emanation 1352 of Pacal Votan….These three planes…formulate the three principle emanations of the Messengership of Pacal Votan: the first emanation, Plane of Mind, is the Great Pacal of Palenque; the second emanation, Plane of Spirit, Quetzalcoatl; and the third emanation, Plane of Will, is Valum Votan. 
49 years after Valum Votan received the first GM108X mind stream atop the Pyramid of the Sun, he returned, leading a large pilgrimage with his wife, Lloydine. He unexpectedly was recognized and honored by the Nine Sacred Elders as “The Closer of the Cycle“. That day (Galactic 25, whose PSI is Crystal Star which codes this Crystal Star Moon) was another confirmation that Pacal Votan returned as Valum Votan to complete the GM108X mission which he initiated at the beginning of his 78,000 year Samadhi on behalf of Earth and our Galaxy.
In two days, it will be the first Crystal Round Table of the Crystal Star Moon. Let us be mindful of why we chose to incarnate during this momentous time, the culmination of 79, 407 years of vigilance and preparation by Pacal Votan.
