Today we are ‘guided’ by Pacal Votan’s Galactic Signature:  PVCS Kin 60:   Galactic Sun.  The G-Force of Kin 216 is Spectral Dog, while the PSI for Self-Existing Days 23,24 and 25 is Lunar Dog. 

 

Postulate 16.8:  “ Evolution into atomic weightlessness is proportionate to the increase in self-generative power of radiant properties owing to radiosonic evolution and self-propagating architectronics.  Balance between radiance is determined by duration of excitation moment of peak superconscious hyperorganic evolution.”

The highlighted part of Postulate 216 reminds one of this timely article from Knight 143:  http://books.google.com/books?id=xhLjII9E188C&pg=PA53#v=onepage&q&f=false which describes the slow evolution of a star to its spectacularly illuminating demise, when:  “It shines brighter than an entire  galaxy of several billion stars”  !

216 is 6x6x6, and it is discussed here:  http://www.lawoftime.org/pdfs/rinri-III-4-1.pdf  It’s not possible to cut and paste from this article, which is more germaine than ever.  The cube proportion of 216;  6 to the 3rd power, “defines the point at which the TimeSpace perception of the dominating mental field (in this instance, the 12:60 timing frequence) begins to implode in a series of successively diminishing cubes, all contained within the master 216 cube.”  The final year, and maximum implosion (1 Cubed=1) occurs at the end of 2012.  “This means that 2013= 0, or Dimensional Shift, lift-off attained.”  Valum Votan wrote this Rinri Report on The six years, 2007-2013 establish 6 timespace cubes, and that  the sum of their frequencies equal 441.  He also states:  “This means that by 2011, the 144,000 must be ready for being cubed within the Inner Heptagonon of Mind.”

Synchronistically, Kin 216:  Galactic Warrior is the signature of Sir Martin John Rees, the British astronomer whose controversial book Our Final Hour (2003) argued that the pace of technological change threatened to outstrip the ability of humans to control it.   That phenomenon is also described in Valum Votan’s article.
