Vimāna (Sanskrit: विमान) is a word with several meanings ranging from temple or palace to mythological flying machines described in Sanskrit epics.
Sanskrit vi-māna literally means “measuring out, traversing” or “having been measured out”. It can refer to (ref Monier-Williams[1]):
The palace of an emperor or supreme monarch (especially one with seven stories)

“When we say that the capacity for the manifestation depends upon whole organism alignment – this means that we are in accord with the time. We are not ahead of ourselves. We are not behind ourselves. We are actually right in accord with the Divine Will and the desired functionality or purpose. This vision corresponds with mental determinants that are in accord with the Divine Will. The mental determinants are the analphic factors of our consciousness that code the various forms of the mentation waves.
The mentation waves can be understood as broadcasts of the 64 elements of consciousness, the 32 AC, 32 CA biocrystalline codons that create our genetic behavior (see the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time and Cosmic History Vol II.) Through study of the mental determinants, the projective arts can be learned in a way phenomenally beyond anything we can imagine.
Currently, we are functioning with 64 mental determinants – the bio-cosmic crystalline codons – known as the as the 64 DNA or I Ching codons.
